Filing Fee

Sale Disbursements
Disbursements for a sale include all of the mandatory documents that need to be attached to the contract for sale. This includes zoning certificates for the property, water and sewerage diagrams and title searches. The amounts of these searches costs varies from property to property and council to council. Our estimated cost on these is generally around $500
